Return Policy

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they meet our Conditions of Return (listed below).

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact us at (03) 9753 2555 or submit the ‘Return Request’ form above to obtain a Return Authority Number (RA).
Return the item within 14 days of receiving your RA number.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return, but may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.
You must include a valid Return Authority Number (RA).
Customised items (e.g. embroidered) and Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Items remain your responsibility until received by us. Please ensure they are securely packaged. We recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Special Conditions

Afterpay Orders: Items purchased via Afterpay can only be returned for store credit. Refunds are not available for Afterpay orders.
Final Sale/Clearance Items: Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return. Any returned items will be sent back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
