Are the products in the catalogue always in stock?

Not all. Products labelled with “(MOQs apply)” are custom-made and therefore not kept in stock. All other styles are part of our stock-service range, which we aim to have available at all times.

Can I customise uniforms shown in the catalogue?

Yes! Most styles can be easily customised with embellishments like embroidery, 3D embossing, heat sealing, and more. For full customisation (such as colour, fabric, features, or fit) MOQs apply.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Only for custom-made or bespoke items which are labelled with “(MOQs apply)”. Stocked styles have no MOQs and are ready to ship.

How do I place an order for products in the catalogue?

You can either order directly through our online store for stocked items or submit an enquiry for bespoke styles, tailored advice, quotes, and bulk pricing.

I want something that’s not in the catalogue. Can you supply it?

In most cases, yes. If it’s not in the catalogue, we can usually source a suitable option. Or, if minimum order quantities (MOQs) are met, we can custom-make it for you. Just let us know what you’re looking for.
