We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your order value. Any additional costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please provide a valid, accurate delivery address with every order. DTY isn't responsible for delays, losses, cancellations or added charges resulting from incorrect information.
We deliver via Australia Post. All deliveries require a signature on receipt, to a residential or commercial address — we can't deliver to PO boxes or leave parcels unattended.

International Shipping Costs (New Zealand)
All orders to New Zealand are delivered by Express for $35 AUD.
GST AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For orders being shipped within Australia, prices include 10% GST.
- For orders being shipped internationally, Australian GST is removed from the item price.
- Prices may be subject to currency variations. Import duties will be calculated at the price applicable at the time the order is submitted.
- All international shipping destinations have Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) declarations, meaning that any duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country.
- For orders to New Zealand, a GST of 15% applies to all imported items or consignments over NZD $1,000. This is imposed by and payable to your local customs office. Payment of these taxes is necessary to release your order from customs.
- Any orders refused upon delivery at their final destination or customs will have the charged shipping fees deducted from the refunded amount and may be subject to a 30-day reprocessing time.

REFUND POLICY
- Designs To You does not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges or taxes and duties for goods returned, other than for faulty items.
- Any orders refused upon delivery at their final destination or customs will have the charged shipping fees deducted from the refunded amount and may be subject to a 30-day reprocessing time.
