But for 4.4 million Australians living with a disability, or those who don’t fall within standard size ranges, finding a uniform that fits you comfortably can often feel impossible.
A 2018 study identified ill-fitting and non-adaptive clothing as a major barrier to workplace participation for people with disabilities. And in another, 59% of respondents who struggle to find clothing that fits them said it made them feel less confident and more isolated.
It’s no surprise, research consistently shows that what we wear affects our confidence, job performance, and mental wellbeing. That’s why we created our Made-For-You service: a custom uniform solution that puts inclusion into action.

What Is the 'Made-For-You' Service?
Made-For-You is our commitment to ensuring that every team member, no matter their body, ability, or needs, can wear a uniform that truly fits.
Whether someone needs a sleeve shortened to accommodate a prosthetic, a tunic adapted for seated wear, or simply a size that isn’t part of standard ranges, our team is here to help.
This service is available through our custom ordering portals, where employees can request tailored garments discreetly and easily.
How It Works
Select the 'Made-For-You' Option: When placing an order via your team's online portal, employees can select 'Made-For-You sizing' for eligible garments.
We Reach Out: Our customer care team personally contacts the employee to understand their needs, with care, empathy, and zero judgment.
We Make It: Our production team crafts the garment to specification, typically within 12-14 weeks.
Final Check & Delivery: After passing our quality checks, the custom uniform is shipped directly to the employee.
The result? A uniform that fits just right, with the comfort and confidence to match.
