Medibank’s rebranding called for uniforms that popped with colour and embodied individuality. We brainstormed with Medibank using mood boards and garment samples, resulting in a bold, oversized abstract pattern inspired by modern art in their brand colours.

To keep things consistent and stylish across all branches, we introduced stock service styles that perfectly complemented the custom pieces. This approach ensured that all Medibank staff looked sharp and felt comfortable, all while keeping stock commitments manageable and efficient.

To launch the new uniforms, we hit the road with a national tour and a fashion show. Over three weeks, our stylists visited Medibank branches to show off the new uniforms and offer personalised fitting sessions and styling advice. This hands-on approach let staff see, feel, and try on the garments, generating real-world excitement and engagement with the new uniforms.
The fashion show was the highlight of the tour, with Medibank team members strutting their stuff alongside professional models. This event celebrated the new collection and fostered pride and unity among the staff. The positive feedback and enthusiasm confirmed the success of the new uniform launch, showcasing Medibank’s commitment to innovation and quality.
