Reece Group, a leader in Australia’s plumbing and bathroom supply sector, faced challenges with their previous uniform program, which couldn’t keep up with the needs of their expansive team of over 8,000 employees across 1,900 locations.

Reece Plumbing needed a uniform partner that could reliably provide high-quality, tailored uniforms for their Corporate, Retail, and Trade teams. The goal was to create a cohesive and professional look, but also to integrate a system that offers smooth uniform management throughout the company.

At the heart of Reece’s new uniform collection were several standout bespoke pieces crafted to align the company’s values with the teams’ practical needs.

Reece Polo with White Trim:
With a distinctive white trim, the Reece polo became a signature piece of the Reece Plumbing uniform range across all departments. Designed for durable, everyday wear, the polo offers a professional yet approachable look, making it a go-to choice for all Reece staff.
Reconciliation Polo:
We brought Marcus Lee’s commissioned artwork to life on bespoke Reconciliation polos for Reece. By expertly positioning and sublimating the design, we ensured it beautifully reflected Reece’s commitment to community partnerships and Reconciliation.
Custom Headwear:
A range of custom hats and caps, tailored to Reece’s needs, combining everyday style with functionality. These headwear options were made to last, offering sun protection and a polished, branded appearance for trade staff conducting outdoor work.

Reece’s trade teams are always on the move, lifting, bending, hauling gear, and working through all conditions. Their uniforms need to do more than look the part. They need to perform.

That’s why we supplied steel-toe boots and hi-vis fleece for protection where it’s needed most. And for everything else, we focused on smart design that helps prevent injury and supports comfort day in, day out.

These items were ready to be dispatched at a moment’s notice, giving the team flexible access to a collection of stylish, durable, and easy-to-care-for uniform pieces.

How We Delivered

Rapid Production & Rollout: Reece set a challenging three-month deadline to fully outfit their workforce, and we delivered. By coordinating production both locally and offshore, we ensured every uniform was ready on time, allowing Reece to maintain their operations without a hitch.
User-Friendly Digital Integration: A tailor-made online portal that made ordering uniforms as simple as possible for Reece employees. For management, the portal provided real-time oversight of inventory, budgets, and compliance, making the entire process more manageable.
Streamlined Processes & Savings: Our digital tools haven’t just made things easier—they have made the process more efficient for Reece employees. By reducing the administrative workload, we enabled Reece to reassign staff from uniform coordination to other vital areas of the business. We also helped Reece phase out outdated stock, minimising waste and optimising costs.
