Project Summary
When Medibank rebranded, their uniforms needed to keep up. The new look had to capture a vibrant new colour palette, reflect a customer-first culture, and give 750+ staff something they'd actually be proud to wear. We started with mood boards and garment samples. We ended with a collection that turned heads across 95 locations nationwide.
Our Custom Uniform Solution
The brief called for individuality. We designed a bold, oversized abstract print inspired by modern art — created in Medibank's brand colours and applied across the collection. Soft knit tops and wrap dresses made the print the hero. Custom check shirts in red and navy added sharp contrast. Bespoke polo shirts in Medibank's signature red gave staff a polished everyday option. Every piece considered. Nothing picked off a shelf.
Our Ready-To-Wear Solution
To keep the collection cohesive across every branch, we built out a stock service range that complemented the custom pieces perfectly. French navy suiting — blazers, trousers, skirts — that mixed and matched with ease. Milano knitwear, a first in Australia, offering exceptional stretch and durability. Puffer and softshell jackets for cooler days. Centre pleat blouses in red and navy. Consistent. Polished. Practical.
The National Roadshow
We didn't just deliver the uniforms — we launched them. Over three weeks, our stylists toured Medibank branches nationally, running personalised fitting sessions and styling consultations. The tour culminated in a fashion show with Medibank team members alongside professional models. Staff left proud of what they were wearing. Management left confident in the program.
