Can I try on before buying?

We do not have a physical storefront so cannot provide try-ons before purchasing. If, for whatever reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 30-days from the date on the final invoice. For commercial buyers, fittings are available through our Rowville office. If you’d like to arrange a fitting, please get in touch with our friendly team to book your appointment.

Can I have my business name/logo added to garments?

Yes! We can customise your uniform with your business name or logo with our custom embroidery service. Simply choose your customisation option at checkout or find out more about our uniform embroidery by emailing hello@designstoyou.com.au for more information.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing for orders is usually completed within 1-2 business days. For embroidery or custom items, processing time can take between 5-7 days. Once orders are processed, delivery to metropolitan areas typically takes 3-5 working days. Deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take 7-10 working days.

Can I live track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you can track the status of your office uniform and workwear purchase via the link within your shipping confirmation email.

Can I click and collect my order?

Yes, all orders are available for click and collect from our Rowville warehouse. Once your corporate uniform and workwear is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email notifying you that it is ready for collection. You can visit our Rowville collection point at 31 Enterprise Drive, VIC, 3178 at any time between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
