Is it possible to try on scrubs before purchasing them?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical storefront, so we aren’t able to offer ‘try before you buy’. If, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 30 days from the date on the final invoice.

For commercial buyers looking to make bulk purchases or wholesale orders of men’s healthcare scrubs, we can provide you with a fitting session through our Rowville office. To arrange a fitting session, get in touch with our friendly team to book your appointment.

Can a logo or practice/hospital name be printed on scrubs?

Yes! We offer customised men’s medical scrubs with the name of a hospital, practice, or logo embroidered on the garments. Simply choose your customisation option at the checkout or get in touch with our embroidery and customisation team by emailing hello@designstoyou.com.au for more information.

How long does delivery take?

We have men’s scrubs ready to go – orders for off-the-shelf garments typically take 1-2 business days. For custom or wholesale orders, processing times can take anywhere from 5-7 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order. Once your order has been processed, shipping and delivery typically take 3-5 business days in metro areas, or up to 7-10 working days in more remote parts of the country including Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
