That’s where we came in. Chosen for our flexible solutions, rave reviews, and standout wear trials, we set out to do one thing: unify Healius’ six pathology brands with a cohesive, stylish collection that brought their bold new look to life.
Healius, formerly Primary Health Care, is one of Australia’s leading healthcare providers, with a network spanning medical centres, pathology labs, and diagnostic imaging services. In 2018, they embraced a new era with a rebrand, introducing a vibrant and modern identity that called for uniforms reflecting their fresh, dynamic look.
Our mission was to breathe life into their uniform collection, crafting pieces as versatile and forward-thinking as Healius itself. Through a rigorous tender process, our commitment to flexible solutions, stellar performance, and outstanding feedback from wear trials made us the top choice—because when it comes to uniforms, we believe in tailoring solutions as vibrant and essential as the healthcare heroes wearing them.

Consistency was the goal—but Healius’ six pathology brands were stuck with mismatched uniforms and no shared identity.
We changed that. Inspired by their bold branding, we designed a signature print for soft knit tops and wrap dresses. Custom accessories added personality, striking the perfect balance between individuality and unity.
The result? A unified, standout collection that brought everything—and everyone—together.
To round out the collection, we paired bespoke designs with ready-to-wear pieces that seamlessly complemented Healius’ custom uniforms.
Think navy check shirts, sustainable pharmacy tunics, soft knit tops, and durable Milano knitwear—styles that were instantly available, consistently high-quality, and cost-effective.
These essentials made restocking effortless, ensuring the team always looked sharp and cohesive.
Rolling out a nationwide uniform revamp? No sweat. With a tight timeline, we planned meticulously: producing garments, setting up an online ordering portal, and organising a seamless delivery process.
In just under two weeks, we picked, packed, and shipped uniforms to every state and territory, consolidating orders by location to ensure everyone received their kit simultaneously.
The result? Thrilled staff, glowing reviews, and Sandra’s 17-year veteran seal of approval: “these are the best uniforms I’ve ever had”. Plus, our online portal streamlined everything from orders to returns, putting Healius in total control of their program. Mission accomplished.
