Great work starts with great workwear. And for over 25 years, we’ve been making sure teams look the part and feel good doing it – sourcing quality fabrics, perfecting the fit, and rolling out uniform programs that work.

What started in a family rumpus room has grown into outfitting teams across Australia and beyond. Whether you’re dressing a tight-knit team or an entire workforce, we make getting the right uniform the easiest part of the job.

Our Mission

Meet Maria: ‘The Uniform Lady’

I grew up in a hardworking Italian family, where nothing was ever done halfway. My mother taught me to sew, and I saw firsthand the care that goes into making something built to last.

Later, working in the uniform industry, I saw the same frustrations again and again: uncomfortable fabrics, clunky ordering systems, and uniforms that just didn’t work for the people wearing them. It didn’t have to be that way.

So in 1999, I took everything I’d learned and started DTY. Since then, it’s never just been about creating the best uniforms – it’s about listening, solving problems, and making things easier for the people who rely on them every day.

Our Story

From a One-Woman Dream to a Leading Uniform Supplier

Back in 1999, Maria knew work uniforms could be better – something people actually wanted to wear, not just had to. So, from her family rumpus room, she got to work. One small team and a few big moves later, we’re now running things from our 2400sqm HQ in Rowville.

A lot has changed, but one thing hasn’t: we’re still obsessed with making uniforms that feel good, look good, and work hard – just like the people who wear them.
