Can I try on the pants before buying them?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical storefront to allow try-ons before purchasing. If your order doesn’t fit you well, we have a 30-day return policy (from the date of your invoice) to ensure that you can find the right fit. If you are planning to place a commercial order, we can arrange a fitting session at our Rowville office for you and your team.

How long will the delivery take?

Orders for garments will usually take between 1-2 business days to be processed. If you have placed a customised order, processing times can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the quantity ordered and the extent of customisation required.

As soon as your order has been processed it will be shipped and delivered to you. Deliveries to most city areas will take 3-5 business days to arrive, while deliveries to remote regions such as Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take between 7-10 working days.
