Is it possible to try on shirts before buying?

We do not have a physical shopfront so cannot provide try-ons before purchasing. For commercial buyers, we can offer fitting sessions with you and your team at our Rowville office. If, for whatever reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30-days from the date on the final invoice.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, while custom items with embroidery can take a little longer at 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping to metropolitan areas in Australia typically takes 3-5 working days, while Western Australia and Northern Territory may take up to 7-10 working days.

Can shirts be customised with company names or logos?
