Made For You-niforms
At Designs To You, we wholeheartedly believe that everybody deserves to look and feel great at work. But, for 4.4 million Australians living with a disability, or those who don’t fall within standard size ranges, finding a uniform that fits you comfortably can often feel impossible.
In fact, a 2018 study identified ill-fitting and non-adaptive clothing as a significant barrier to workplace participation for people living with disabilities. Another poll found that 59% of individuals who struggle to find clothing that fits their sizing needs feel less confident and more isolated as a result.
So, with study after study showing a direct link between what we wear and our sense of self-efficacy, performance, and overall mental health, the importance of a well-fitting uniform can’t be underestimated. That’s why we offer our clients a ‘Made-For-You’ service that offers custom-made uniforms for team members with special sizing or garment requirements.
How Our Made-For-You Service Works:
- Each of our custom-built Uniformd. ordering portals features a Made-For-You sizing option for garments.
- If an employee orders a garment with the Made-For-You sizing option, our customer care team will reach out to discuss their needs – our team is caring and compassionate and treat all enquires with discretion.
- Once sizing needs are established, our production team takes over and coordinates the manufacturing of garments over a period of 6+ weeks.
- After they’ve been given a final check by our quality control team, the custom-made garments are shipped to the team member!
