Does Designs To You have a return policy?

Yes. To help you find the best fit for our garments, we offer a return policy with an allowance of 30-days from the date of your purchase receipt where you can send items back to us in order to exchange for a different sizing.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Your order will be processed promptly within 1-2 business days. However, for embroidered items, there will be a slightly longer processing time of 5-7 business days to ensure that the design of your customisation is properly applied.

Can I collect my order in person instead of opting for delivery?

Of course, all orders are available for pick up from our warehouse in Rowville, VIC. Order collection is only available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our address is 31 Enterprise Drive Rowville VIC 3178.
