Do you have a store? Can I try on items?
No, we currently do not have a physical store. However, we offer fittings by appointment at our Rowville office. Please contact us to arrange an appointment. Additionally, we provide detailed sizing guides on our website to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Can I click and collect?
All orders are available for pick up from our Rowville warehouse.
You’ll receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.

How long does It take for orders to be delivered?
Can I return or exchange items?
You can return or exchange items that meet our Conditions of Return within 30 days of the invoice date. All returned items must satisfy the following criteria:
- Goods must be in their original (unworn) condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Goods must have a valid Return Authority Number (RA) issued by Designs To You.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of the RA number being issued.
- Customised goods (embroidered or otherwise), as well as final sale or clearance items, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To initiate a return or exchange, please obtain a Return Authority Number (RA) by contacting us at (03) 9753 2555 or submitting the ‘Return Request’ form. Note that return postage costs will be at your expense unless the goods received are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Afterpay Orders: Items purchased with Afterpay can only be returned for store credit. Refunds are not available for orders made using Afterpay.
Final Sale and Clearance Items: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ cannot be returned. If returned, they will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Yes, we do! At Designs To You, we specialise in providing B2B wholesale uniform solutions for small and large businesses. We believe in tailoring our uniform solutions to each client’s requirements, so you only pay for what you need and get the best possible value. Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our deliveries include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.
Can I have a business name/logo on my garments?
Absolutely! We can customise your uniforms with name embroidery, business embroidery, or a logo. You can learn more about our embroidery services on our website or email us at hello@designstoyou.com.au for more information.
Please note that embroidered products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
