We worked with HCA to bring their bespoke scrub vision to life, complete with custom design, colour and embroidery.
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is one of Australia’s leading for-profit providers of healthcare recruitment and training, as well as NDIS, Disability and Care services.
Feeling that their previous scrubs needed to be updated, HCA began the hunt for a reliable and capable uniform supplier that could provide their 4000+ strong team with bespoke, high-quality scrubs.
After partnering with Designs To You to design, manufacture and deliver their new scrubs, the initial rollout saw 4000+ pieces delivered Australia-wide within one week.
THE SOLUTION
Our solution for HCA was to create a bespoke, modern scrub set that provided their employees the ultimate in all-day functionality and comfort.
The scrubs were thoughtfully crafted from advanced, high-quality fabrics tested for long-term performance and durability to ensure their team felt comfortable and confident all shift long. Designs to you presented six different scrub styles, and after careful consideration and input from their incredible team, HCA chose three styles from the range.
After considering several stock service colour options, HCA decided on a rich, custom-dyed purple that matched their PMS brand colour.
Finally, we created a customised online portal to give HCA and their staff the tools to view and manage their uniform needs with ease.
THE OUTCOME
The first HCA rollout was completed slightly ahead of schedule. Orders were picked, packed and dispatched Australia-wide in just under a week.
HCA’s new uniform was one that combined the wants and needs of their employees with the brand’s vibrant look and feel. The final result ensured their team looked and felt their best all shift, every shift.
